- Support contract review, negotiation and administration tasks to complete the contract management process within compliance
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reporting from contract management tool on contracting activity
- Conduct opportunity assessments, benchmarking, cost modelling and root cause analysis to develop sourcing recommendations
- Maintain sourcing database(s) to ensure reporting is accurate; review and analyse reporting
- Participate in cross-divisional and/or global sourcing teams/stakeholders in developing specifications, sourcing strategies and supplier negotiation strategies
-Managing projects and analysing business results

-Identifying requirements for goods, materials and services
-Price negotiations
-Evaluate prior sales to establish future needs
-Establishing order quantities
-Writing requests for bids and awarding supply contracts.
-Research suppliers and negotiate contracts for product fulfilment processing

- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Provide constructive feedback
