- Managed and planned all operational procurement requirements at Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports approx. £25M spend.

- Negotiated savings of 30% and exclusivity of vessel during tender for offshore stimulation services. 
- Re-negotiated Integrity Inspection agreement, implementing a revised compensation structure involving a 15% rate reduction, penalty for non-performance, and collaboration on cost saving.

-	Co-ordinated implementation of over 120 agreements, with a value of $200MM required for supporting a two rig operation in remote locations, ensuring continual improvement of services.
- Managed team of 14 for all procurement, logistics, materials and Accounts payable activities in Kurdistan.

- Responsible for processing priority purchase orders for both onshore and offshore facilities to ensure production up time of over 98%.
