Pre or post sales engineer

Verint has a division of mobile communications systems (2G, 3G, and 4G). The main responsibility of my job is to deploy these systems on-site (abroad), training the end-users, and perform the acceptance tests.

- Field engineer for deployment, acceptance tests, and delivery of projects with customers in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
- Arrange and conduct technical training for end-users with multicultural backgrounds around the world and in different languages (English, Hebrew, French, and Spanish).
- Participation in activities of testing and integration of UAV and Airborne
- Technical Support Engineer (Tier-3 level), on-site or remote, for software and/or hardware of the systems, for customers or internal users.
- Use of electrical and rf testing equipment.
- Technical support to demos to potential customers.
- Preparation and in multiple cases creation of technical documentation of the project.
- Continous contact and collaboration with in-house R&D for the development of new products and to ensure the complete customer experience.

- Site surveys to define the customer's technical requirements.
- Deployment, integration, and configuration of cellular communication.
- Validation and assurance of the systems deployed on the customer's sites

- Team leader (10 persons).
- Administrative tasks linked to the Federal Government in Mexico.
- Liaisons and negotiations with the Federal Government on Spectrum Regulations Law.
- Responsible for regularization and Control of the MW PTP link network of the company with the government.
- Technical knowledge in the design of PTP microwave links.
