Dear Hr Manager

My name is Andrea and I am the plant controller at SAPA Group. I believe I am the ideal candidate for your company based on my work expertise and personal skills, gained throughout my academic, work and life experiences.
If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am a problem solver, with the ability to understand and propose solutions to problems quickly and methodically, characterised by effectiveness and innovation.
I have always had (and have always been considered to have ) a strong sense of commitment and responsibility, achieving impeccable results during primary and elementary school levels, thus entering secondary school, where I was subsequently elected Student Vice President of the district during the last 2 years of high school.
I graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Economics and Management, with full marks and honors . I am the type of person who refuses to waste time and so, during the summers, between one academic year and another, for all 5 years of university, I embarked on my first international experience abroad in Ireland (consequently consolidated during the fifth year of university with Exchange program) and I worked jobs that allowed me to interact and gain experience within the workforce .
I started my working career 3 years ago for Chili S.p.A. as a business controller where, for the first time, I was able to put my analytical skills to good use, I also had the benefit and privilege to be mentored by a brilliant and patient guide: the company's CFO, who was by my side every day.
After 2 years I decided to give an international footprint to my career, combined with the desire to learn a third language. So, hired by Sapa, my current workplace, I left Italy and moved to Poland.
I chose Poland because it is a country with a strong economic growth and it is a crucial logistical hub for European trade (and beyond). I believe that Poland will be the Germany of tomorrow.
At Sapa Polska, I am the sole controller of 2 plants (Sosnowiec and Tychy), I play a key role and am the point of contact in Poland for the Headquarters. In Sapa my learning curve is increasing again, as I solely deal with, at the age of 27, responsibilities that plant controllers face after many years of experience.
I am searching for new challenges, whilst working in a company characterised by a very wide view and a multinational platform, since it reflects my mindset.
