Outsystems manager

Responsible for managing an Outsystems Team of consultants with several profiles:  Engagement Managers, Tech Leads, Senior Developers, Junior Developers and Testers.
The factory services available are:
•	Platform Adoption (POCs or Express Projects)
•	Capacity Acquisition (Flexible allocation of different profiles or delivering part of a project)
•	Support Services (pack of hours for corrective and evolutive maintenance)
•	Upgrade & Migration Services (platform upgrades or stack migrations)
•	Expert Architecture Services (Architecture and Application Refactoring /Modernization)
•	Quality Assurance (QA Tools and Services in Outsystems technology)

Express Delivery it’s a multi-skills software development & maintenance team that intends to cover the overall range of OutSystems services offer for short-term engagements

The ultimate goal of this team it’s to deliver fast, keeping the quality standards defined by OutSystems and with customer’s high satisfaction (evaluated by the NPS management tool that is used to gauge the loyalty of a company’s customer relationships).

    Pack of 10 days that can be used in blocks of 1 day during 6 months

Working as the responsible for the team have been interacting as the Engagement Manager with dozens of clients that have requested OnDemand Services.
The main objective of the On Demand Team is to speed up the time to value of customers looking for enhancements, bug fixing, technical assurances, change requests or small requirements. It uses an iterative methodology to deliver quality deliveries allowing the customer full-control over what get delivered.

Delivery Manager in Outsystems technology in several projects. The collaboration have been either for Outsystems customers like Mexican company Estafeta as for internal IT department of Outsystems organization

Consultant in Lean Team of Outsystems, working in Cutting Edge technology of the proprietary Platform, developing Proof of Concept (POC) applications for several clients. All POCs were always implemented in the latest version of Outsystems software and in all projects have been involved in the complete process, working as Engagement Manager on the definition of the requirements and user stories with the client, as Delivery Manager defining the Database Model and architecture of the application and finally as developer implementing part of the solution with the other developers of the project.

14 years of experience and competencies in Team Management, Project/Program Management, Factory Management, Technical Lead and Development in Outsystems, Java and Telco Value Added Services technologies.
Worldwide IT experience, has worked and lived in 4 continents being involved in mutli-cultural projects, managing teams working in different timezones
