As a Process Control Specialist, working for the European Central Flow Team, I am responsible for managing workflow
of outbound departments in Amazon Fulfillment Centers from a remote site based in LCY2. My duties include:
• monitoring and adjusting system performance of each of the outbound processes to ensure that SLAs are
consistently met, and the Best Practices are followed.
• analyzing and minimizing the Customer Shipment Risk – making sure orders will be shipped on time.
• escalating performance opportunities to the local FC Operations Teams and providing operational insights to
the Amazon Fulfillment Technology team to support development of advanced and intuitive automated flow
control.

• Managing the innovation pipeline for the airport - providing an early evaluation or circa 100 innovation

• Supporting the Innovation portfolio manager on innovation projects - assisting innovation trials and shaping

identifying potential suppliers.
