Experienced researcher in the area of Microbiology and Microbial genomics. The job duties include organizing and supervising fundamental and commercial scientific projects, writing articles, making reports, purchasing reagents and speaking at conferences. There is a great experience of laboratory work, which includes the use of Sequencing techniques (Sanger, Illumina, Oxford Nanopore), bacteria and archaea cultivation techniques, protein expression techniques and other modern methods of Molecular biology.

The job duties include participation in fundamental and commercial scientific projects, writing articles, making reports, purchasing reagents and speaking at conferences. Lab works include sample preparation (Ex. DNA and RNA extraction, different types of PCR, library preparation, electrophoresis), 16S rRNA analysis of microbial community, sequencing of microbial genomes and metagenomes, bioinformatical analysis, cloning and protein expression, bacteria and archaea cultivating.

Lectures, seminars and laboratory works (Microbiology, Virology, Sequencing of microorganisms, Modern methods of genome analysis); Guidance of degree works of students.
