Design modification of Packaging Box stored in Cold Chamber
•	Optimization of packaging box to improve the thermal homogeneity.

Manufacturing and Production Problems of POP Cork Process
•	At the end of internships, Overall Production of Cork granules Reviewed processes, identifying areas that required improvement using Lean Techniques.
•	Established Pop Cork production schedules and monitored tasks to meet milestones during each phase (Grinding, Pop Cork processing, Drying, Removal of impurities and separate the granules at different sizes).
•	Developed documentation, including Process flow diagrams and specifications, to meet project requirements and regulatory cork quality standards.
•	Reported on data assessments in technical documentation and wrote research articles published in scientific journals ''Study on Mitigation of Pop Cork Production Problems in International Business Sustainability-BS'17 Conference (11/2017)''.
•	Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.at the size of 65-85 kg/mm3 proved POP Cork makes profitable process and produced additional 38000 kgs of Cork granules. 

Fabricated Car Keyhole Checking Fixture for Nissan motors Pvt.ltd   India
•	Designed and developed a Mechanical cad design model of a checking fixture using Pro-E under the guidance of Diagonal CADD design center.
•	Manufactured a Prototype for checking keyhole fixture by VMC machines under the guidance of operator and production manager of R.A industries.
•	Analysis by FMEA charts for 100 finished parts tested using Keyhole checking Fixture gauge and RPN number is very low after use of Keyhole checking Gauge

•	Specific Knowledge of Industrial Management, such as methodologies of continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, FMEA, Control Charts, JIT and TPM).
•	Logistic Skills such as understanding the flow in a supply chain system, Material management, Purchase order transcription.
•	Analysis of production plans and consequent management through different approaches: forecasting models, scheduling the production plan and materials requirements planning -MRP.
•	Completed Data Science with Python Certification course . Data analysis using SPSS software and Documentation of results of data sets are provided within the given deadline during the academics period.

•	Knowledge of CAD Software such as Solid Works and Power Mill; Modelling of a Microfiber Mop - The Project was modeled all the Parts and made the assembly of the drawing in Solid Works; Structural analysis of a Plastic mold design(Strength and deformation)This structural analysis involved the applications of loads stress and deformation.
•	Knowledge in Maintenance and reliability of the equipment, as well as models to support decision and optimization of production Processes.
