- Manageament of all orders for british market and Italian market, making sure all styles are sealed to production on time and delivery dates are accomplished;

- Manageament of all direct developments placed by clients; 

- Responsible to update client internal systems with laboratory tests, graded specs, critical path - IBTR2; IBFL; DataLink; Edit Track;

- Responsible to do the follow up of production critical path with suppliers; 

- Responsible to insert all client orders on PHC system; 

- Responsible to insert all direct developments from clients into PHC system; 

- Responsible for all the Back office work, related with british and Italian market including communication with clients.

• Partner with Merchandise Manager to create seasonal strategies for department.

• Demonstrate pro-active communication and management practices amongst and with the UK design team, Portugal team and suppliers.

• Source & assess all raw materials; ensure test results are submitted and appropriately analyzed for viability.

• Track all samples against timeline and purpose; ensure timely feedback and follow up.

. Follow-up orders from sampling, bulk production to delivery.

• Ensure production system (FastReact/OW) is updated and accurate.

• Generate and distribute weekly Critical Path; follow up with Quality Control and suppliers to guarantee on time delivery.

• Order barcodes for category; ensure all suppliers receive barcodes on time and complete.

• Manage production style files, ensuring QC’s have all relevant information to follow production.

• Send shipment documents to London shipping department ensuring all is done on time and complete.

• Liaise closely with buying and merchandising to ensure that all orders and reorders are placed in a timely manner.

• Ensure test reports are retrieved and appropriate labeling is ordered on time.

. Managing the production weekly meetings ensuring that suppliers keep delivery dates agreed.

. Ensure excellent service & follow up is given, working closely with suppliers and UK teams, to drive all service KPI's and ensure business needs are met.

. Negotiate with suppliers on price and discount to meet costing and profit target.
