Improvement specialist/industrial engineer

For over 20 years I have successfully implemented change all around me by managing front line operations, taking into consideration the 
needs of stakeholders, coaching and facilitating teams, integrating system wide quality and process improvements and strategically 
implementing change management tactics. My involvement in several province wide projects has allowed me to gain valuable experience 
working with a wide range of stakeholders and customers, ranging from front line staff to highly specialized professionals and senior 
corporate executives, from multiple organizations having both complementary and conflicting views and interests. My technical and client 
focused abilities allow me to analyze and extract vital information enabling me to identify priorities and apply structured process 
improvement methodologies resulting in consistent contributions as an effective change leader.
Additionally, I have attained my LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Systems 
Manufacturing Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Windsor.
