(Mid to senior level talent | Luxury Fashion, Travel, IT, Capital Goods | Global reach but mainly Europe & North America | Multi-channel sourcing - Research, Networking, Headhunting);
. Talent Mapping;
. Manage accounts;
. Supervise a team of 6;
. Develop a good understanding of different companies’ culture and industry;
. Source and headhunt candidates;
. Conduct interviews;
. Request references and checking the suitability of candidates;
. Provide progress reports to the Head of Research and CEO;
. Manage the in-house recruitment;
. Develop and deliver training sessions;
. Develop and implement new processes that mean to improve all the internal activities;
. Responsible for the onboarding;
. Coordinate marketing activities - research, design and publication of Recruitment articles.
