- HW development of several Telecommunication platform products, working up to 1 Terabit/second.
    - Development:
        - Architecture study, providing important feedback for the product feasibility (e.g alignment with physical design, pre-layout high-speed simulations, preliminary component selection).
        - Layer Stackup definition for PWBs up to 30 layers (including via and backdrill definition, trace impedance calculations and discussion with PWB Vendors).
        - Complex schematic design based on product specifications, including components selection.
        - Definition of rules and constraints for Layout design.
        - Layout Design for RF signals (experience up to 65 GHz). Support and review.
        - Post Layout SI / HSD (Signal integrity / High-Speed Design (RF)), PI (Power integrity) Simulations.
    
    - Test:
        - HW tests definition (for HW design validation). Including test scripts when needed.
        - HW tests execution (test, debug and solutions proposals).
        - HW/SW Integration tests.
    
    - Manufacturing:
        - Creation of the Factory Test Specification.
        - Development of HW manufacturing test scripts (when necessary). 
        - Support to the Test Engineer.
        - Manufacturing support (Debug of unknown HW issues).

- R&D responsible for all Shelf controllers (7 products + variants) of  hiT7300 Multi-Haul Transport Platform:
    - R&D SW & HW topics management to support field issues or development of new features.
    
    - R&D Manufacturing support:
        - Testability improvements (test coverage and test time), including the development of new manufacturing test scripts.
        - Support unknown HW issues at manufacturing facilities. 
    
    - Maintenance support:
      - Test, validation, and approval of new IC’s to be used as a 2nd source, to replace EOL components or to apply DTC (design to cost) measures.   
      - Product Redesign (New versions) to solve HW limitations or add new features. 
    
    - R&D Costumer support:
      - R&D support to debug complex field issues.
