 Daily support to work teams - Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Bar and Commercial 
 Customer complaint management 
 Online Booking Platform Management - Booking, Airbnb and Expedia 
 Close interconnection with the Group's management for planning and analysis of investments in 
the medium and long term

Development of policies, processes and forms for the Human Resources area according to 
Portuguese Labor Legislation 
 Responsible for driving Recruitment process in line with the company culture 
 Employment contracts management, dismissal documentation and disciplinary process 
 Talent management cycle follow-up including talent reviews, performance management and 
succession planning 
 Analysis and implementation of operational strategies with the means to change beliefs, attitudes, 
values and organizational structures 
 Elaboration of the annual training plan 
 Training needs and implementation of training solutions to maximize employee development and 
business results 
 Evaluation of effectiveness of training solutions for talent and organizational development 
 Responsible for training all the employee staff 
 Responsible for the compliance and audit process for the Human Resources area 
 Manage all HR Issues in alignment with finance department 
 Regular meetings with management and employees in all HR-related questions 
 Follow-up market best practices regarding Reports and Data Analytics, in another toimprove our 
system
