Responsible for the recruitment process from and end-to-end perspective and acting as the focal point to candidate and clients. Recruiting positions in Finance, Tax & Accounting areas of different companies.    
-	Structure of the whole recruitment process for Latin America positions. 
-	Alignment of the whole process with specific clients. 
-	Working on screening resumes; competence interviews and presentation of a list of potential candidates.  
-	Acting advisory to customers, conducting market mapping and candidates.

Psychological Counseling of adolescents and adults.
-	Organization of a collective Poetry Workshop, which the main focus was the use of artistic language as an instrument to create and resignify experiences.
-	Workshop consisted in the realization of conversations, poetry reading and development of a collective poetry at each reunion.

Work developed in Recruitment Projects and in specific positions for companies of different segments. Such as: Grupo Ultra, Honda, Chiesi, Coloplast, Modern Publishing, Thomson Reuters, BRF and others.
-	Resume screening and hunting.
-	Competency interviews. Reports of interviews and mapping of candidates.
-	Development of candidates presentation to clients.
