•	Project specification and development testing 
•	PPE product development
•	Providing Technical support to Manufacturing operations 
•	Preparation of Products and equipment for testing 
•	Performing material tests / quality control testing
•	Problem investigation, solving and reporting 
•	Interfacing with Survitec personnel to perform required testing 
•	Interfacing with Customers and Suppliers as required 
•	Set up of instrumentation and test resources 
•	Creation, review and modification of qualification test plans, procedures and reports in accordance with Company standards 
•	Interface with third party laboratory
•	Compile and check:
•	Technical reports
•	Test Plans / Reports (Approval)
•	Query note response / engineering change request / concessions
•	Base specifications
•	Qualification test plans / reports
•	Sample disposition sign off (approval)

Installation and maintenance of quality procedures required to satisfy the Company's; QA Accreditation and assistance with R and D projects (products and processes) within AUK

•	Work with line managers and supervisors to revise and/or develop up to date Process Flows, P-FMEA's, Control Plans, Test Plans, Test lab manual and Work Instructions in line with Group format for all product/processes at AUK.

•	Work with line managers and supervisors to update process specifications in line with group format.

•	Maintain and organise the internal and external calibration of test equipment, gauges, instruments and process equipment according to the defined procedure and time plan.

•	Assist with the co-ordination, organisation, evaluation and recording of all product and process development activities at AUK and liaise with Group development team as required.

•	Control of non-conform product and collation and review of internal reject analysis via SAP

•	Assist with the implementation or revision of procedures necessary for accreditation to TS 16949.

•	Internal auditing to ISO 9001:2008/ TS 16949:2002.

•	Take part in 'Root Cause' investigations including corrective actions arising.
•	Track corrective actions implementation and effectiveness from improvements, customer evaluation, internal audits, and internal failures.
•	Responsible for release of new articles (PRE) in AUK.
•	Responsible for customer portals, customer specifications, cpk-evalution, product specifications and Inspection certificates.
•	Responsible for complaints at external suppliers.
•	MSA studies.
•	Deputy for Customer complaints and PPAP(s).
