- Champion customer returns analysis and drive continuous improvement plans through TPPA and lead customer warranty review meetings. Review and negotiate customer warranty charge backs.
- Focus on identification, correction and prevention of customer issues (0km and Warranty) with usage of problem solving tools
- Lead internal and customer follow-up meetings for Quality Reviews
- Weekly warranty follow-up meetings with customer
- Support customer audits and ISO/TS 16949 external audit
- PPAP activities and validation tests for Plastic injection area

- Assure Quality Standards for shipped products with focus on Sensors and Valves for several OEMs namely Daimler, Chrysler, BMW, General Motors (Opel), Grupo Peugeot-Citroen (PSA), Renault/Nissan, Volvo/Ford and Hyundai
- Implementation of corrective actions driven by customer failures (0km and Warranty returns) with support of process/product teams and lead customer communication
- Participation on improvement actions to meet operation targets of Scrap and First Time Quality
- Usage of structured continuous improvement and problem solving tools such as SPC, Shainin, Six Sigma, 5-Why, 8D, 6M.
- PPAP submission for running changes and new product launches.

- Management of supplier complains through 8D, 5-Whys reviews for Sensors and Valves commodities
- Cost Recovery process management for each affected supplier claim
- Definition of component audit plan and incoming inspection with suppliers for Sensors and Valves products
- PPAP approvals for component running changes (product and process)
- Report metrics to Supplier Quality Organization
- Management of On-Hold area inventory

- Professional training with duration of 6 months on Quality Assurance Area
- Implementation of containment/corrective actions for internal issues and customer rejects.
- Direct contact with customer for 8D reviews.
