A 28 Rooms Boutique hotel, combined with newly built Eco rooms and Mediterranean apartments in a 6500m² property, including Restaurant and Bar and also a beautiful landscape garden built inside .
Providing our guests the usage of a own salt water pool and access to the hotels bay.
▪ New startup with 15 Eco rooms, introducing a renewed concept in Tarrafal
▪ Standardizing working processes to assure a smooth operation trough the implementation of SOP for the hotel´s different departments;
▪ Built the first hotel regulation and introducing the employer handbook for every hotel department ;
▪ Training staff, together with HOD, and harmonizing the staff relationships inside the Hotel;
▪ Implementing rules for stock control and staff behavior, through a code of conduct.
▪ Strategic overview over the hotel surroundings to develop the village offers regarding tourists activities, both nautical and rural.
