- Planned and implemented changes to the local company structure to adept to the local labor and culture. Creating and managing all areas, legal, contractual, HSE, HR, commercial, financial and operational. Created controlling criteria to monitor results and risks. 
- Implemented ISO 37001 (anti-bribery management system), introduced a new compliance culture into the company by establishing procedures, which enhance communication between Directors and all other levels of the operation.
- Responsible for the operation of the company in Peru, including four projects worth US$ 1.5 billion, and one contract currently in closing process.
- Responsible for legal and contractual strategy for all projects, clients, partners and subcontractors, including claims, disputes and negotiations. 
- Members of the Board of Director of different Consortiums, two Roads Projects and one water distribution project worth US$ 400 million. Lead negotiation between partners and clients. 
- Created culture integration processes and initiatives between the Chinese staff and local staff.

- Responsible for the operation of the company in Peru and Venezuela. During tenure, executed two projects worth US$ 900 million, and closed seven other contracts that were stalled during prior negotiations.
- Responsible for establishing the annual budget of expenditures necessary to deliver the net income established.
- Representative of the Road Concession Board Shareholder – Intersur Concesiones S.A., equity worth US$ 115 million, evaluating the result of the business unit from various perspectives, including financial, operational, strategic, and assuring maximum value delivery to the shareholders.
- Supporting crisis process in Peru: participant of Crisis Committee integrated by Legal and Communication advisors, which, in alignment with the headquarters, reviews strategies and actions to be taken in order to assure the prosperous continuation of the company operation in Peru.

- Responsible for institutional relations and business development in Venezuela, Suriname, Panama and the Caribbean.
- Lead negotiations and eventual contract signatures of projects in Venezuela, consisting of three infrastructure projects with backlog of US$ 3 billion.
- Responsible for maintaining the relationship with all project stakeholders during execution including clients, partners and suppliers.
- Member of Board of Director of an EPC Project in a Joint Venture with Powerchina Corporation of a Highway contract worth US$ 600 million. Lead negotiations between the partners of the JV between subcontractors, and CorpoMiranda and the local Infrastructure Ministry. In addition, helped in the process of producing negotiating documents such as Memorandum of Understanding and the Internal JV Agreement. Managed development of technical and commercial proposals, risk analysis, cost and resource estimation, and planning during project construction through commissioning. 
- Served as part of the technical, business and operations leadership of the following projects:
- Restructuring of the Tuy IV Project. Dam with approximately 1 million m3 of CCR. Client: HidroCapital. Estimated value of US$ 3.2 billion
- Project ZED (Special Development Zone) together with the Brazilian Government (MDIC, IPEA and SUFRAMA). Client: CorpoMiranda. 
- Master Plan of Infrastructure of Miranda State. Client: CorpoMiranda and Ministry of Infrastructure. Estimated value US$ 6 billion.
- Valencia Lake drainage project. Client: PDVSA Engineering and Construction. Estimated value US$ 500 million.
- PDVSA Industrial Petrochemical Green Coke Fund. Client: PDVSA. Estimated value in 2014 of US$ 21 million.
- Managed the structuring and development of the technical engineering and commercial proposals, and participated in the execution and commissioning of the Tuy River Basin Social Productive Development and Sanitation Project, worth US$ 2.2 billion. Client: HidroCapital 
- Lead negotiations between PDVSA and CIMPOR (Camargo Correa Group Cement Company), Portuguese Cement Company, of 72,000 tons of cement to “Misión Viviendas” (Housing Mission).

- Responsible for the on-site Engineering Department during the construction of the TUY IV Project. Dam with approximately 1 million m3 of Roller Compacted Concrete. Contract Value: US$ 3.2 billion.
- Responsible for executing  Value Engineering (VE) Studies in several projects  and  managing their performances during the Proposal Phases in Infrastructure, Oil and Gas and Industrial Projects in Brazil, Africa and Latin America to implement the best construction strategy
- Lead the team responsible for pre-feasibility studies engineering preparing Technical and Financial Proposals, risk analysis, cost and resource estimation, and construction planning. Responsible for negotiations of terms and conditions of contracts supported by legal teams based in Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela.

- Lead and participated in the structural analysis, design and construction support of large fixed and movable structures (movable bridges, boat locks and stadium roofs) projects in multiple states including Florida, North Carolina and NY.
- Lead and participated in the inspection of roadways, and fixed and movable Bridges in multiple states including Florida, New York, Washington and Virginia.
- Helped develop roadway and railway bridges design projects in the United States and Brazil.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 3 specializations (Structure, geotechnic and transportation)
