• Responsável pela unificação de três unidades fabris de empresa Multinacional, localizadas em cidades diferentes, concentrando-as em uma única planta em São Paulo. Diminuindo o total de funcionários de 2.000 para 1.200 funcionários, e mantendo todas as linhas dos produtos fabricadas pelas antigas unidades.
• Direção de duas das maiores empresas fabricantes de válvulas para indústria de Petróleo, fornecedoras do Estaleiro Maua Jurong/ RJ, participando da construção das Plataformas Petrobras Offshore P51, P54 e P56. Implantação da linha de redução de Enxofre no Diesel S50 - Refinaria de Cubatão.
• Fornecimento para a Prefeitura de São Paulo no valor de R$ 100 milhões em um único pedido. Outros fornecimentos para o Governo de São Paulo(R$ 30 MM), Governo de Santa Catarina(R$ 40 MM), Governo do Rio de Janeiro(R$ 10MM). 
• Direção de empresa em Recuperação Judicial, reestruturando a empresa e saneando os resultados. Readequando as áreas Financeira, Industrial e Comercial.
