Lead a team of 10. Reporting directly to the Company Board. Providing ongoing financial executive leadership to 5 hotel resorts of 5 stars, casino and real estate development companies owned by Oxy Capital Fund (Hedge Fund), with the goal of maximizing the value of the assets, operations and their subsequent sale on the market. 
Directing finance, consolidation, treasury, accounting and controlling team, managing a total of 19 entities in leisure and real estate industry, developing viable financial models and planning capital needs. Ensure cohesive financial strategy and operational plans. Manage due diligence projects on the way to sell the assets to investors.
