Devops engineer

• Business Platform Services Tribe - Business Analytics Squad.
• Project Developing of End User Portal Framework with Carbon Design and React.
• Project Testing with Cypress Tool.
• Use of tools like Cloudant, Couchbackup, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• CI/CD with IBM Bluemix Cloud tools like Toolchain, Pipeline, Github, etc.
• Business Analytics with tools like Grafana, ELK Search, Kibana, etc.

• Day-to-day cloud/windows server administration, operating system support and monitoring
(e.g., installs, upgrades, troubleshooting) in a large multi-customer environment.
• Responsible for preparing for new or changed services, management of the Change
implementation process for the OS.
• Related responsibilities include sizing, troubleshooting and critical customer situations.
• Assisting in the manual provisioning and decommissioning process of VM’s for multiple
customers in cloud environment.
