Managed an IT budget of US$ 5 million and 60 direct and indirect employees responsible for structured cabling, network, systems integration, Digital Signage and Audio & Video.

Implemented systems such as SAP, Micros and Opera Hospitality, Oracle, Optimove and Siebel.

Gained experience in using languages and tools such as Kanban, Ruby, RestAPIs, AngularJS, Docker, Jenkins, Git, JUnit, Trello, Aha!, Jira, Google Analytics e Google Tag Manager.

Reduced computer-related incidents by 36%, improved change management and service catalogs by consolidating server and cloud applications infrastructure through virtual machines (Citrix XenServer, XenApp, XenDesktop and NetScaler) and Dell Thin-Clients.

Led an 8-month project to expand operations in several Brazilian cities such as Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Balneário Camboriú and Pelotas.
