Responsible for CRM Salesforce practice across Latim America, among activities are develop market and internal structure, maintain a great relation and partnership within Salesforce team, manage costumers and opportunities, guarantee quality assurance and transform Wipro a trusted advisor in region.

Responsible for some industry segments, such as CPG, Manufacturing Pharma, Public Sector and Agro business. I had develop big accounts like Cargill, Roche, Sumitomo Chemical among others, and was responsible for more than USD 5 mi management in contracts with around 35 people allocated in those accounts. 
Among my main activities I was responsible for the customer satisfaction, discover new opportunities, people management, coordinate the pre-sales team, and realize market activities to guarantee the position of a trusted advisor for my stakeholders.
