Member of the Order Management team. Order Management is the functional area I’ve been mainly focused on in this project. The following points resume my contribution to the project:

•	Support on analysing functional requirements from a technical perspective and estimating them with the corresponding time/effort.
•	Processes designer in order to meet business requirements taking into account the related systems interdependencies
•	Cost/benefit analysis via developing Prototypes which helped to identify the pros/cons and feasibility
•	Worked mainly in the Order Management related processes from end to end in the different scenarios as Produktswechsel (Product Change), Umzug (Relocation), Product Creation (Bereistellung), Änderung (different product change) to name a few and also areas as ToDo List, Products Management / Validation, Pricing, etc. Lastly, Order Submission related process for the different scenarios mentioned above.
•	(Re)Design and/or (Re)engineering of Order Management processes from a performance perspective
•	Exposure to the Service Requests although was not the main focus.
•	Support and guidance provided to offshore team (either from a functional or technical perspectives)
