Responsible for the closing of contracts in suspension, preparation of claims for payments of services not paid, negotiation of payment agreements, collections, documentation management and bonds.

Successful negotiation for claim collection for 1.7 Million US Dollars 

Responsible for the Hydro Venezuela Business Unit, for the closing of the LV / Guri I / Guri II / Planta Paez and San Agaton contracts, for both the CORPOELEC Main Client and the Suppliers.
Monitoring, reporting and closing of Existing Contracts through the negotiation of new service contracts.
Debt consolidation Venezuela for Hydro / Grid and Power businesses with the respective follow-up before the CORPOELEC Financial Unit.
Main achievements:
Activation of the negotiation for the LV Contract
Contractual closing of Suppliers.
Recognition of the client's consolidated debt in the negotiation process with the client.

In addition, Contract Manager for Los Humeros III Geothermal Project in Mexico City (ALSTOM MEXICANA SA de CV) for the RSP Business Unit, cost analysis and preparation of Step In reports in the 30MUSD claim in the arbitration process against the main partner (IAI) of the Consortium formed for the execution of the contract.
Analysis and consolidation of the fines and penalties of the Contract to be applied by the Client and the risk study for the application of a claim against the Client that minimizes the fines for the consequent delays of the lawsuits with the partner during the construction process is being carried out.

Same functions as the previous position.

Hydroelectric Project Fabricio Ojeda: Negotiation and claims management (Extension of time (EOT) and involved costs) to the client (CORPOELEC – CADAFE  Government Electric Company). 
Preparation of business strategies and conflict resolution with the client and management of subcontractors. 
Tracking key events and milestones compliance fines. Negotiation and monitoring of guarantees and insurance policies for the "Project Construction of the Hydroelectric  Fabricio Ojeda (La Vueltosa)”
Main Achievements:
830 days of extension of contractual term and recognition of costs associated.
Decrease in negotiating claims of suppliers by 25%
Overhaul of Hydroelectric Plants San Agaton and Planta Paéz: Negotiation and claims management (Extension of time (EOT) and involved costs) to the client (CORPOELEC - CADAFE). Review of business strategies and conflict resolution with the client. Tracking events and milestones compliance fines, negotiation and monitoring of guarantees and insurance policies. 
Support at the dispute resolution to the Project Managers of the hydroelectric projects GURÍ.
