Senior Professional, with solid career in business, cross-departmental and team management, recruitment, enablement and development, user experience, with over 25 years of experience in different areas, using PMI and Agile methodologies.

International experience acquired through projects and businesses carried out in Singapore, Qatar, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Panama, Morocco, Spain, Portugal (in addition to Brazil, country of origin), among others, currently living in Portugal.

Currently working as Operations and Sales Director, managing the partnership with the 2 other companies in the group, responsible for P&L, go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, pricing, sales channel distribution, product development and new business.

Oriented to people and results management, always keeping the market trends in mind, developing incentive campaigns and new commercial strategies, managing forecasts, daily monitoring of the client portfolio, goals and work environment.

Participation in major commercial negotiations (such as the implementation of the current Brazilian banking system, being involved with many others different countries companies), withstanding a high level of pressure.

Responsible for organizing, developing and managing several national and international corporate events, with the participation of up to 5,000 people.
