Comercial, marketing e customer relations lead

Directly reporting to Country Manager, the role was to prepare and implement decision support tools, at different levels, General Manager and Business Units Managers;
•	Dashboards, analytics and FFE
•	Coaching & Training, at all company levels (digital readiness)
•	Orchestrate digital environment, plan, project, implement and deploy digital tools, to increase Customer Engagement

Integrated in a new Iberia business structure locally reporting to Country Manager and unit Business Unit Head in Spain (hospital division), I was responsible for developing and manage thrombosis are and the new business area Biosurgery and RENAL area in sanofi Portugal:
•	Developing, implemented and monitoring the strategic and operational launch of SYNVISC ONE in Portugal.
•	Implementation of all the training sales force team program for SYNVISC launch.
•	Implementation and monitoring of the strategic and operational plan for Renal and thrombosis area with a new sales force team.
•	Responsible for sales and pricing definition.
•	Responsible for managing new channel negotiation and articulation.
•	Develop the SYNVISC Spain web page conjoint with a Iberia team.
•	Developed, implemented and monitoring the strategic and operational plan in Portugal.
•	Implementations of the training program for sales force team.
•	Implementation and monitoring of the operational actions.
