Respond to inquiries (by phone/email/fax/web/letters) from Health Care Professionals(HCP) and Consumers from the United States and others. Exchange scientifically accurate information with HCP, on all the products on the company catalogue. Authorized and approved on label and a few select off label topics to the Consumer.
Adverse event and Product Complaint phone/verbal, by email or fax from, intake and report elaboration for Safety and Quality departments. Follow up on inquiries and clarifications posed by either Medical/Quality departments directly to them or after contact with the complaintive. Reimbursement processing, and product availability. Maintenance and compliance with good documentation practices.

Internal database project (interchangeable medicines in Portugal, Spain and Ireland) Information management of the Spanish pharmacy market (cosmetics, supplements, medicines, etc.), Health Market research product catalogue elaboration for the German geography, Call-centre service to provide support to pharmacies with technical and scientific information, market availability, similar products (medicine and other health products) in Portugal to products from other countries and any health-related questions asked by our pharmacy health professionals.
