I participated as one of those responsible for the implementation of
the IBM AVP program. Through the program I worked exclusively
with the administration and support of ClearCase. Provided service
to customer's home in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasilia, with
regard to managing configuration concepts and implementation of
the ClearCase usage model.

resolution of numerous cases who were still in the ibm Brazil
HelpDesk service queue. I worked in the solution of the so-called
ClearCase, ClearQuest and Rational Team Concert.

I participated as responsible for the implementation of the IBM
program. Through the program I worked on planning version
migrations, administration and support for ClearCase, ClearQuest,
requirements definition tools and testing tools
I participated in the implementation of the ALM methodology with
RTC, RQM, RRC and Urbancode Deploy. I performed customizations
in RTC and guided how to use the tool for Configuration
Management. Developed several deployment processes in
Urbancode Deploy.

Responsible for the area of systems changes in high and low
platforms, coordinating a team of professionals divided into shifts
and with responsibilities to manage deployments of software
changes in a productive environment.
I implemented IBM Rational ClearQuest as the enterprise change
management tool.

I worked in the area of Technical Support (infrastructure). In this
area i performed maintenance on the company's hardware, provided
service to users, administered Windows servers and had as main task
the administration of data network. I was invited by Quality
Management to work in the Software Configuration Management
area. In this area, I followed the implementation of IBM Rational,
then managing ClearCase and being responsible for the Software
Configuration area.
