Reporting to the CEO, and, with a team of 80 employees, he led the standardization and implementation of economic-financial management processes, including the integration with an existing ERP system, creating an agile and autonomous management team, recovering incomplete accounting records from 3 years ago to the present, and contributing decisively in the reversal of constant negative results to positive results (-5Mi USD to +0.1Mi USD).

Portuguese multinational operating in the mobility industry, present in 15 countries in 4 continents, developing and producing metal components for automobiles. Reporting to the corporate Chief Auditor Officer (CAO), he prepared and performed internal management audits (Financial, Management Control, Human Resources and Risk Assessment), in accordance with the planning approved by management, contributing to the mitigation of compliance risks with corporate and legal obligations.

Part of the National Health Service, CHTMAD is responsible for providing health services in 4 hospitals in the district of Vila Real. Reporting to the Board of Directors, he implemented the internal audit area from scratch, from the definition of the audit framework to the execution and monitoring of management audits.

Consulting company active in the Portuguese business community. Reporting to the managing partners, he prepared economic and financial feasibility studies for investment projects to apply for structural community funds, having been successful in 6 projects in a total of 7 Mi EUR.
