The project consists on doing acceptance tests of the application that are used by securities services to manage all the processes of their customers, when there were introduced some new functions. One of my main task in these project are planning and prepare phases of testing applications and software. I have to execute and log tests, evaluate the obtained results and document all the problems that we found.  
Besides the functional tests I have started to contact with automatic tests were my task consists in write and run those tests. In that way my main tasks are analyzing, reviewing and assessing requirements and design specifications for testing conditions to assure the quality of the applications.
The goal of our work is to assure the quality of the applications to avoid the malfunction of the internal systems or applications that are used directly by the clients of the bank.
We are currently working in Agile methodology for almost two one year and a half.

Besides of the testing tasks I have started to do some Project Management activities. This mission includes the follow-up of budget from the projects, do the follow-up of new coming projects and assure people have all tasks available on our internal tools so they can input theirworking hours.

To perform my testing tasks I need the following tools:
- Microsoft Office
- HP Quality Center to write and run the tests;
- Selenium IDE;
- Jira.

To perform my project management tasks, that consists on doing the budget follow-up for all tasks that are involved in the team I am working, I need following tools:

-3T (Aplicação interna);
-Clarity;
-Excel and Powerpoint;
-Open Workbench.

The PMO function consisted in maintain all the information of the existing Staff in Group Finance (BNP Paribas) updated. This position was a transversal activity that allows to contact and work with all the areas in the Group Finance. 

I was responsible for the following tasks:

- Onboarding of new comers;

- Manage the staff from Group finance that participate in Welcome Days at the headquarter from BNPP in Portugal;

- Internal Changes Structure - Checklists and mantainance of all the related information and communication;

- Prepare Organization Changes (incl Welcome New Joiners) communication file with Pictures; 

- Manage all the process related to people exist from GFS;

- Exit e-mails and Checklists mantainance (employees and internal) - Guarantee that the staff left all the materials and update all the information related to that leave.         Furthermore I was responsible to request the cancel of all the accesses when people leave. 

- Maintain layout off all the group Finance (Peoples desk positions). 

- I was also responsible to communicate and manage all the process of moves from teams when it was necessary to move them from one floor to another. I had to guarantee that the Facilities team had all the necessary information to proceed with the requested move and that the teams are accordingly notified.

- Regularly send employees workstations to facilities/ layouts.

- Update of the Phonelist that has all the contact information of the employees and meeting rooms from the building;

- Participate in Recruitment weekly meetings;

- Human Resources Team Organization Update and Human Resources weekly meeting slides update (for recruitment meeting);

- Update all the Domain Managers and Team Leaders of the recruitment progress by sending weekly the updates of the slides from the presentation used for the meetings.

- Update the Team Organization of Group Finance Services;

- Update Turnover and other statistics;

- Follow up of Trial Periods Checkpoints from the internal staff and store the filled in files;

- Follow up on different trainings for the employees;

- Manage all the process of language courses (Portuguese, French and English) that is attend by the internal employees. (All the communications for the employees that   attend the classes, formation of new classes, update managers with attendance and marks of the classes, etc)

- Request new IT equipment when necessary;

- Make a kind of  "Communication bridge" between IT, HR and Facilities teams.

The project consisted on doing acceptance tests of the application that is used by the bank to manage all the processes of their customers, when there were introduced some new functions.
My main functions in these project were planning and prepare phases of testing applications and software. We were responsible to perform all kind of tests User acceptance tests, Mantainance, regression,etc.  
My activities consisted on execute and log tests, evaluate the obtained results and document all the problems that were found.  Besides we were responsible for monitoring testing and test environment.
In that way my tasks were analyzing, reviewing and assessing requirements and design specifications for testing conditions to assure the quality of the applications.
In resume our work consisted in try to assure the quality of the applications to avoid the malfunction of the internal systems or applications that are used directly by the clients of the bank.
