My name is Alexandra, I'm currently working for Xerox as a deputy team leader and a back office agent, before that I was a technical agent.
I'm used to help organise the Teams and answer to e-mails in both french and English language, I also have developing skills in customer help desk systems as: customer service now, asap, xsm and many others.
I'm used to deal with people and I have also a great background in back office area, I do also call monitoring and tickets control of the Team, verify queues and agent availability in the call queues.
I would love a work where I could work with both french and English language.
