I started working in manufacturing operations at Compaq Computer Brazil as a Tester, Sub-Assembler, CPU, Laptop and Mainframe Assembler. After some time I started working in the software department, recording softwares in Hard Disk Drives for all the Compaq´s Clients and became the shift leader in the department, I also worked with SFDM/ORACLE system in ware-house department, receiving loads of computer devices and sending the devices to the assem-bly line. I was a member of the quality Team, helped to develop improvements in the assembly line. When I worked at Solectron, I kept doing the same tasks I used to do at Compaq Company with the addition of learning how to assemble Credit Card Machines, and I kept the position of being the software department shift leader. 
At IBM, started working in the IT field ( High Platform = Mainframe and Low Platform = Dis-tributed systems) as Systems Operator, being responsible for monitoring systems of several Customers as: Kodak / Philips / Ge / Allied / Qualex / Marsh / Lexmark / Motorola / FreeScale / Flint Ink / Ryder / CNH Case New Holland  / Nissan / Nisource / AT&T / DowChemical / Ameriprise / Chrysler / Gap / Economical, keeping in touch with lots of support Guys from all over the world. When I became a more experienced employee I worked as a Scheduler Analyst, scheduling programs ( called Jobs ) to run in the systems and fixing programs errors ( JCL - Job control Language ) and restarting programs from the step it had failed, sometimes from the begining following procedures for each program ( Job ), doing monthly system maintenance. The programs( jobs) were related to telephone bills, internet Bills, employee Payroll, telephone and internet functionality, TV programs, Banks, ATM - Automated teller machine, warehouse: receiving and dispatching devices/products, systems of americans stores etc,  so when a job like that stopped running for some reason, we the IBMers ( ibm employees ) should start looking for the root cause of the issue, fix the error and put it to run again as fast as we could for not impacting IBM´s Clients. Later I worked as a Intel Support, doing servers maintenance, stopping and restarting stuck servers, fixing issues, fixing printers issues and in the intel Team I became the shift leader. Some time later I worked in the development team, testing new programs and fixing some errors. 
In the last years I worked as the Dispatcher (shift leader) of CICS Team (Customer Information Control System) and consequently became a CICS Support and also in the same team I was a WebSphere MQ Series Support, with the CICS technology I took care of the clients online and batch transactions, system maintenance, creation and deletion of new transaction and with the WebSphere technology, took care of the data messaging, sending and receiving all kinds of data with security, system maintenance, creating new Queues for transporting new messages requests and also deleting old queues.
Currently I am learning SQL Server / MySQL / IBM DB2 and Computer Network.
