The Job Process and record payments received from guests and corporate clients.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Generate and send out invoices to guests and clients.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial policies and procedures are followed.
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration, Hotel or Business Management, or equivalent; Previous experience within the financial area, Accounts Payable is valued; Fluent in English; Fluent in Portuguese - valued; Good communication and adaptation skills; Analytical ability and attention to detail; Autonomy and proactivity; Good planning and organizational skills; Easy communication and interpersonal relationships; Team spirit; What do we offer?
