Warehouse Management System (WMS) parametrization and daily
follow-up management
- Analysis, ROI and set up requirements of new logistics processes that
can be implemented in the
WMS
- Proactive support to the Operational Manager, Key Account Manager
and Project Manager by
providing analysis of data for the purpose of compiling key reporting,
compiling KPIs and Customer
Requests
- UAT test scenarios elaboration and testing for the implementation for
new modules of the WMS
- 1st Line Business Support Operations
- Provide 1st Tier support and troubleshooting of proprietary logistic
software (WMS based on
Microsoft NAV) for 7 departments (Inbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound,
Stock, Administration, Management)
- Testing of updates and hotfixes
- Prioritize, follow up and escalate issues when required
- Analyze, configure and modify hardware and software to ensure
optimal performance
- Provide 1st tier support and troubleshooting in MS Office, Outlook and
Network issues
