YEASTAR PBX OMNI CHANNEL SETUP

I am looking for someone who can assist me with the configuration of yesterday pbx omni channel.
1 -- i already have a yeastar PBX (p -- i am looking for WhatsApp integration 3 -- 6 departments and 20 users 5 -- So I have a small question.
Can this number be added to groups if we integrate it with WhatsApp API? Since our company is in the service industry, our clients have groups for updates of their shipments, we want to be able to respond in the group so everyone in the client's company is aware of the status.
