3 months minimum (up to 1 year) - full time and part-time option You will be joining the EMEA Early in Career Team which encompasses our talented Interns, Graduates and Apprentices.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with our Digital and Renewals teams across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities and Activities · Improve our Contactability rates in the Digital and Renewals customers, accurately identifying the contact person(s) responsible for the company's implementation and adoption of their (COMPANY NAME) Solutions to achieve the desired business outcomes.
o Through sourcing across (COMPANY NAME)'s various internal tools, databases and LinkedIn o Through proactive outreach directly to the customer o Through internal liaison with (COMPANY NAME) partner and customer facing teams · Create awareness of and emphasize the value of (COMPANY NAME) Support Services and digital Self Serve channels when engaging with customer contacts.
· Maintenance of a high-quality customer contact database with frequent updates on digital and direct customer feedback.
· Record customers' contacts in the sales tools, update internal databases and report on the customers' sentiment.

% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, (COMPANY NAME) may pay up to 125% of target.
(COMPANY NAME) sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid
