Job Description.
Your contribution to something big.
Within the (COMPANY NAME) Group, our Corporate Quality department, responsible for (COMPANY NAME) quality management tools and processes worldwide, is expanding its global team in Portugal.
As a User Experience Expert in Product Quality, you will lead the improvement of quality in our customers journey from the moment they identify our products until the moment they use it in their day to day.
For that you will.
* Define the integration of the customer experience journey into the quality management system of (COMPANY NAME); * In a global set up, you will work closely with (COMPANY NAME)'s User Experience corporate team to define the UX strategy in quality and promote innovation projects within the area; * Establish a network across (COMPANY NAME) divisions and external communities of expertise in user experience; * Define management metrics for customer experience in quality for (COMPANY NAME) Group applicable to all divisions; * Define regulation and governance principals for corporate quality in (COMPANY NAME) Group.
Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Education.
degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or similar; * Experience.
experience in defining user experience strategy in multinational environment; * Know how.
good knowledge in the Human Centered Design process and approach, Design Thinking, and project planning of UX and Design activities.
Good understanding of product quality; * Working Style.
enthusiastic, communicative and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to lead complex and innovative topics and create an international network, internal and external to (COMPANY NAME); * Personality.
proactive and autonomous, with an assertive and inspiring communication style.
Interested in working in an international set up, with ability to adapt and influence; * Languages.
very good knowledge and communication in English.
Knowledge of German is a plus.
