What You Will Do.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in building a groundbreaking generative AI platform.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design, ensuring our platform is not only functional but also intuitive and engaging for our users.
This position involves close collaboration with both the Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead and the Machine Learning Engineer to ensure the seamless integration of AI functionalities into a user-friendly environment.
Responsibilities.
Lead the design of user-centric and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our multi-tenanted generative AI platform, focusing on optimizing user experience across various devices.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements, using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs and maintain design consistency throughout the application.
Develop and maintain a design system, including style guides, design patterns, and user interface standards to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
Collaborate with the product team to understand feature specifications and translate them into design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
Stay abreast of UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the platform's design and functionality.
Advocate for the importance of user-centered design principles and ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design decisions.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work on web and mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.
., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
A solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders.
Creative thinking with attention to detail in all aspects of user interface and user experience design.
Knowledge of front-end development web programming languages (e.
., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
