Full-time Job Location.
Remote We are recruiting for the IT Service Desk role, for replacement on sick leave.
Benefits.
Employment Contract with Kelly Services (sick replacement); Basic salary + Food allowance + Transport allowance; Integration into a reference company in the market.
Working hours.
24/7 rotating shifts; Regime.
Remote.
What tasks does this role involve? IT user support via telephone, mail and web channels; Resolution of incidents and user requests; Collaboration on problems and changes; Use of ITSM tools for recording, prioritizing, resolving and escalating tickets after ITIL processes.
What qualifications should you have? Professional experience in similar functions; Analysis capacity; Knowledge of ITSM tools, Active Directory; ITIL knowledge and certifications; Professional Training or intermediate degree in Systems Administration; Technical certifications in microinformatics; Fluency in English and Spanish.
