Tasks Provide accurate and nuanced interpretation between Russian and English considering complexity clarity tone and style.
Ensure adherence to proper grammar and syntax in both languages.
Deliver faithful renditions of conversations capturing all details.
Follow client instructions manage call flow and avoid dominating conversations.
Possess a strong understanding of customer service protocol and terminology in insurance legal and general/forensic medicine contexts.
