You will be responsible to.
Contribute to the design, development and implementation of policies, frameworks, and/or tools in one or more of the following areas of HR.
talent management, performance management, talent acquisition & employer branding and learning & development; Support the roll-out of HR initiatives across multiple locations; Carry out data analysis and reporting; We are looking to recruit a Candidate.
The Candidate needs to have a degree or Master degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology; Previous experience in HR related roles (internships included) will be considered a plus; Good communication skills (written and verbal; Fluency in English is a requirement; Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
