Portugal Freelance 12 months Tasks Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Workday implementations and upgrades Lead and manage a team of testers assigning tasks providing guidance and ensuring testing activities are completed on time Identify document and manage defects ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate defect tracking systems Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress issues and potential risks Continuously improve testing processes methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and quality assurance practices Ensure compliance with quality standards procedures and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans procedures and results Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset) Requirements Seniorlevel experience with more than 5 years in payroll testing and integration Proven expertise in developing and executing testing strategies and plans for Workday implementations and upgrades Leadership experience in managing a team of testers assigning tasks and providing guidance Strong ability to identify document and manage defects ensuring timely resolution Effective communication skills with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset) Continuous improvement mindset to enhance testing processes methodologies and tools Thorough understanding of quality standards procedures and best practices in testing Comprehensive documentation skills related to test plans procedures and results
