Position Description.
Test Lead Role Description 6 to 8 years’ experience in client engaging and business development.
• Functional Knowledge of wealth management will be added advantage • Supporting client relationship and business development activities • Building and showcasing reusable assets, ensure productivity improvement solutions is showcased on job • Contributing to organic growth as per BU targets • Aligning to the BU Level strategic priorities and drive the delivery accordingly • Ensuring to provide quality services and deliver projects/services on time and on budget • Hands on in driving innovation and actively participate in Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) • Managing conflicts, risk associated with delivery for larger or medium engagements • Leading all the change management aspects during the delivery phases • Maintaining the Business Continuity Plan for critical phase of project • Ensuring continuous and effective management of performance through ongoing dialogue, follow up and timely completion of performance evaluations • Maintain good working relationship with clients and members in offshore • Ensuring the project metrics and project delivery needs are addressed.
• Portfolio management and administration knowledge • Very good exposure to member and project delivery metrics.
• Very good understanding of investment accounting (including Corporate actions, Fees, dividends, journal ledger, etc.
• Requirement gathering and requirement analysis skills • Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team members and produce best team result.
• Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills Nice to have • Experience in managing large number of people • Experience in engaging projects with high criticality • Good exposure to Estimation, Planning, Task assignment, Tracking and reporting • Experience of interacting with North America counterparts/clients Roles and Responsibilities • 8 to 12 years’ experience in client engaging and business development.
