About the position.
Your role involves selling and promoting our cutting-edge products within a defined geographic territory.
Be a key player in achieving our sales goals and directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Location.
Madurai, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities.
Conduct strategic sales calls to current and potential customers, aiming to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas.
Implement effective sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing needs to promote our offerings to hospital personnel and physicians.
Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement action plans based on sales figures and reports.
Gain insights by observing procedures in Endoscopy labs and operating rooms, understanding the nuances of physicians and lab staff.
Develop strong relationships with hospital personnels, making new contacts and identifying key decision makers for future sales opportunities Respond to customer needs and complaints with creative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations.
Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and documented quality processes.
Collaborate with Channel Partners to optimize stock balance and develop action plans based on sales figures.
Your Experience.
Graduation with a minimum of 4 years of healthcare sales experience or MBA/BE.
Fluency in Tamil and English.
Proven track record in sales for experienced candidates.
Willingness to travel across the assigned geography.
