• Should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture.
• Have hands-on experience on Managed services engagement, focusing on Automation, Process Improvement, Performance Improvement and so on • Have Hand-on experience on Cloud Native, Microservices & UI front.
• Hands-on Expertise on entire DEVOPS lifecycle including Containerization.
• Providing technical leadership and support to managed services support teams.
• Focus on Reducing manual interventions and futuristic view of implementing next get managed services support.
• Batch optimization, Database tuning, Log Monitoring • Bring in efficiencies across the managed services platform by leveraging Automation/Hyper Automation.
• Define/Create reusable components/ frameworks & standards to be used & tools to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team.
• Help PM in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same.
• Help PM in effort estimation and planning.
• Mentor & guide Tech Leads & Software Engineers.
• Learn new technologies as needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Java Full Stack • Springboot, Microservices • Monitoring tools like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana • Oracle • Micro Services • Cloud Native • Angular • Kafka Admin • Professional good verbal and written communication skills • Expert Technical skills Good to Have.
• Mongo DB • Angular 12 Skills.
