Do you find yourself staring at the cloud often? Then you will like this project because here you will be able to develop cloud integration solutions with a focus on customer needs.
You will work on projects about Cloud Adoption, Data Integration and Cloud Native Services, in a multicultural team with presence in Portugal and Germany.
We are looking for an  Tech Lead  to work in this project in  Aveiro.
Must have.
Microsoft Azure | Cloud Computing | Team Leadership    Other Required.
Customer Experience That's What It's About.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team; Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment; Consult our customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage; Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process; Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery; Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations; Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality; Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning; Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.
Requirements.
Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers; Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you; Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work; Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress; Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion; Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
