The role.
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Team Manager, to join our Deployment Service team! As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, leading, rewarding and helping your team to grow and achieve project goals, aligned with Critical Manufacturing's values.
On the other hand, you will also be responsible for guarantee a good alignment and relationship with the customer.
What you’ll do.
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance • Responsible for keeping the team streamlined and motivated • Responsible for managing people, motivating, and defining career growth plans • Monitor team performance and report on KPI´s • Able to strategically plan the growth of team, which includes participate in the hiring process • Ensure that the implementation methodology is followed (Scrum project implementations) • Be the first level of escalation for Critical Manufacturing’s customers • Help Project Managers to elaborate viable plans to meet customers’ needs • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere What you must have.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or similar role • Experience working with performance metrics, namely KPI´s or OKR´s • Excellent leadership skills • Good negotiation skills and be customer service oriented • Ability to create, develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders • Ability to be an active listener • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Good time-management skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Good team player skills • Knowledge of Project Management’s tools and best practices • Excellent English skills – spoken and written What we consider a plus (not mandatory).
• Degree in management or training in team leading • Fair knowledge of MES basics Apply for this job here !
