It performs text-based tasks like creating various forms of content, summarizing text, and translating between languages.Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot's textbased answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence.Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive. BenefitsWorking for our client is a great opportunity for you who want to grow within a global company with great resources.
