ortugal Tax and Accounting Lead, leading Finance team (3 person), support tax and statutory requirement on the market Key responsibilities.
* Lead Local accounting team to be able to support daily operations with primary focus on statutory and local tax accounting requirements.
* Leading from Finance side implementation of business initiatives and procedures related to financial management, accounting, and/or payroll.
* Lead monthly and annual closing (financial statements preparation, CIT, VAT, tax calculation etc.).
* Responsible for timely and accurate tax, statistics, and national bank reporting * Preparation of annual financial statements according to local statutory requirements.
* Coordination and support of the audits, internal SOX Controls.
* Preparation of transfer pricing documentation with a support of external tax advisor.
* Monitoring and interpretation of legislative and regulatory requirements where necessary and ensuring any resulting amendments to processes or procedures are implemented.
Experience from 3+ year in the Supervisor, Manager role; Knowledge of IFSR and GAAP standard will be plus; Upper intermediate knowledge of English; Preferable experience in FMCG sector.
